This is a NEW reflector set in the factory package. It has 2 wheel reflectors. The color of one of the reflectors is red. The color of the other reflector is orange.
The reflector mounts on a spoke. They are for standard diameter spokes, which are about 14 gauge or about 2 mm diameter. I don't believe they will go on the large diameter spokes that are on some heavy duty wheels.
The length of each wheel reflector is about 5" on the longest edge and 4 1/2" on the shorter edge. The width of each reflector is 1 3/4" in the middle and 7/8" on each end. I did not measure the thickness of the reflectors.
